- Architected a runtime dual-brand theming system for an Angular design system consumed by 25+ applications, rendering a full second brand with zero change to the existing brand and no code change in any consumer
- Led a live dual-domain migration, replacing hardcoded hosts with allowlist-guarded origin resolution so both legacy and rebranded domains served production traffic simultaneously without breakage
- Shipped a cross-repo AI search feature spanning three Angular codebases and an iframe boundary, closing CodeQL-flagged origin-verification gaps on both sides of the postMessage channel
- Delivered server-driven header navigation against a new Menus API with graceful degradation, so new nav items ship without a frontend release
- Rebranded the production Chrome extension end to end across 55 files, repointing base URLs and verifying the OIDC cookie-refresh flow against the new domain
- Owned the shared-library release path (lockfile, peer-dependency, and CVE resolution) and mentored 3 developers on architecture and coding practices
- Led development of Brevo's core drag-and-drop email editor with a 500K+ user base, powering its primary revenue-driving marketing automation suite
- Designed a scalable rendering engine reused across 3+ product lines, cutting JS bundle ~10% and app code ~27%, improving Core Web Vitals (CLS, LCP, INP) by 30%+
- Migrated the codebase from JavaScript to TypeScript, reaching 97%+ coverage across 50+ modules and removing a recurring class of runtime errors
- Built a Personalization / Display-Conditions platform for 10K+ campaigns (no engineering support) and a Content & Image Library used by 7+ teams (~40% less duplication)
- Optimized rendering and data fetching with custom hooks, memoization, and React Query, cutting UI lag ~30% and load time ~20%, and integrated Claude API and MCP-based tooling into team workflows
